A lot of people ask how we plan to sustain our business while offering a lifetime hosting deal, and how we’re different from other 20i resellers — and that’s a fair question.’
The reality is, our business isn’t built only on lifetime deals. Our main focus is actually on monthly and yearly hosting plans, which give us a stable revenue stream to keep improving our infrastructure, features, and support.
We also keep things simple and fair — instead of offering different plans for each feature, we include everything in every plan so users don’t have to pay extra for basic tools that should already be there.
Now, about the lifetime model — it’s not new. Brands like pCloud, ThriveCart, Pabbly, and others have been running lifetime deals for years and are still doing great because they balance them with monthly recurring revenue (MRR). We’re following a similar path — using lifetime deals to grow our user base and brand, while focusing long-term on recurring users.
Here’s how we’re building for the future:
- We’ll continue offering affordable monthly and yearly plans for steady, recurring growth.
- We’re working on AI-powered support docs and tutorials, so users can solve most issues themselves — reducing the need for a large team but still providing fast, smart support.
- We’ll limit sales to a few trusted marketplaces and focus mainly on selling directly through our own platform, keeping control of pricing, experience, and support.
- We’ll also expand by offering domain registration, storage, business email, and even the option to buy extra domains or storage through monthly addons — giving users flexibility and helping us build sustainable revenue streams.
So yes, the LTD is just a part of the journey — a way to bring more people in, build trust, and show what we can do. Our long-term goal is to grow steadily with a mix of MRR, helpful automation, and great user experience.
